KRIPTRA

Privacy Policy

Draft policy for the current KRIPTRA demonstration environment.

1. Information we collect

KRIPTRA may process account information such as name, email address, referral code, authentication/session information, and information required to initiate payment checkout. Payment-card information is handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by KRIPTRA.

2. Simulated assets

The current KRIPTRA product uses simulated in-app asset balances for demonstration purposes. The demo portfolio does not represent a blockchain wallet and does not itself transfer or deliver cryptocurrency.

3. Local storage

The prototype may store account/session and simulated portfolio data in browser local storage. Clearing browser storage can remove this demonstration data.

4. Payments

Where enabled, payment checkout is provided by a third-party payment provider. Payment status is verified against the provider's order system before simulated balances are credited.

5. Security

Production deployment should use server-side authentication, server-side order and ledger storage, webhook verification, access controls, monitoring, and appropriate retention/deletion procedures.

6. Contact and updates

This draft will need to be replaced or updated with the final legal entity, contact address, retention rules, disclosures, refund provisions, and jurisdiction-specific requirements before production.

This page is a product draft, not legal advice.
